Accessibility Statement

Funding MX wants every business owner to be able to explore financing on our Site, on any device and with any assistive technology.

Target: WCAG 2.2 Level AALast reviewed October 1, 2026
On this page

We believe a fair chance at business funding starts with a website everyone can use. This statement explains what we do, where we still have work to do, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

At a glance

Keyboard friendly

Menus, buttons, links and the FAQ can be reached and used with a keyboard, and a skip link jumps past the navigation.

Clear structure

Pages use landmarks, a logical heading order and labelled controls so screen readers can move around with ease.

Readable by design

A clean, legible typeface, generous spacing and text colors chosen for strong contrast against their backgrounds.

Responsive and zoomable

Layouts adapt from phones to large monitors and keep working when you enlarge text or zoom in.

Gentle on motion

If your device asks for reduced motion, animations and transitions are switched off.

Other ways to reach us

Prefer not to use the form? Call or email us and we will take your request that way.

Our commitment

Funding MX is committed to making fundingmx.com usable by people of all abilities, including people who use screen readers, magnifiers, voice control, switch devices or only a keyboard. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, a widely recognized benchmark that supports our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Conformance status

The WCAG define three levels of conformance: A, AA and AAA. Funding MX aims to meet Level AA. Fundingmx.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard, and that we are working to close those gaps. We do not claim full conformance.

This statement covers fundingmx.com and its legal pages. It was prepared by our web team through self-evaluation, and it will be revisited as the Site changes.

What we do to support accessibility

  • Build pages with semantic HTML, landmark regions and a logical heading order.
  • Make every interactive element reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Provide a “Skip to main content” link on every page.
  • Choose text and background colors with strong contrast, and avoid relying on color alone to convey meaning.
  • Use a clear typeface at comfortable sizes, with generous line spacing.
  • Give meaningful images descriptive text alternatives and hide purely decorative graphics from assistive technology.
  • Design responsive layouts that reflow on narrow screens without hiding content.
  • Respect the “reduce motion” setting on your device.
  • Label controls and expose their state, such as an open or closed menu, to assistive technology.
  • Offer a phone and email route for anyone who cannot complete the online form.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. The areas we know about are:

  • The request form. The form is delivered by a third-party provider, LeadConnector, and appears inside our page. We do not control its code, so some of its fields, messages or focus behavior may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We pass accessibility feedback to the provider, and you can always send your request by phone or email instead.
  • Other third-party content. Websites and tools run by funding partners or other third parties are outside our control.
  • New content. Pages and features we add over time may need review before they meet the same standard as the rest of the Site.

An accessible alternative, always available. If any part of the Site is difficult to use, call (877) 596-1042 or email [email protected] and our team will take your financing request with you directly. Callers who use a relay service can reach us in the same way.

Technologies this site relies on

The accessibility of fundingmx.com relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA working with your browser and any assistive technology or plugins you use. If one of these is switched off, parts of the Site may not work as intended.

Tips for using the site

  • Press Tab to move forward and Shift + Tab to move back through links and buttons. Press Enter to open a link and Space or Enter to open or close an FAQ item.
  • Press Escape to close the mobile menu.
  • Use your browser’s zoom (Ctrl or Cmd with +) to enlarge the page. The layout will reflow to fit.
  • Use your device’s text size, high-contrast or reduce-motion settings. The Site follows them where it can.
