These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Funding MX (“Funding MX,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They apply when you visit fundingmx.com (the “Site”) or use our introduction and related services (together, the “Services”). Please read them with our Privacy Policy.

Accepting these terms
By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.
What Funding MX does
Funding MX is an introducer. We collect information about your business and goals, then introduce you to independent third-party funding partners that may offer financing. We are not a lender. We do not make loans, fund requests, set rates or fees, or make credit or underwriting decisions. Only a funding partner can offer financing, and only on its own terms.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will receive an introduction, an offer or any funding.
Who may use the Services
You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old, are an owner or authorized representative of a business, and can form a binding agreement. The Services are for business purposes. They are not intended for personal, family or household credit.
Information you provide
You agree that everything you give us is accurate, complete and current, and that you will update it if it changes. You authorize us to share your request with funding partners as described in our Privacy Policy, and to verify the details you provide. Please do not submit information about anyone else unless you have the right to do so.
Funding partners and offers
Funding partners are independent from Funding MX. Their products, pricing, eligibility rules and timelines are theirs alone, and they are responsible for the disclosures that law requires, including commercial financing disclosures in states such as California and New York. We do not control a partner’s decisions and we do not guarantee any approval, rate, term or amount.
Please read every offer carefully and compare it with your alternatives before you accept. Any agreement you reach with a funding partner is between you and that partner.
Funding partners may compensate us for introductions. That compensation does not add to what you pay us for the Services, which is nothing, but it can influence which partners we work with.
Calls, texts and emails
When you submit the request form and agree to the consent statement shown with it, you authorize Funding MX, and any funding partner named in that statement, to contact you about your request by phone, text message and email, including with automated technology. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything or of using the Services.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, telling a caller you no longer wish to be contacted, using an unsubscribe link, or contacting us at [email protected] or (877) 596-1042. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for more.
No professional advice
What appears on the Site and what our team tells you is general information about financing options. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and it does not take your full circumstances into account. Speak with your own qualified advisors before you make financial decisions.
Acceptable use
When you use the Site, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading or stolen information, or pretend to be someone else.
- Submit requests through bots, scripts or other automated means, or scrape or copy the Site at scale.
- Interfere with the Site, its security or other people’s use of it, or try to access areas you are not meant to reach.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Site.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including the Funding MX name, logo, text, design and software, belongs to Funding MX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to view and use the Site for your own business needs. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment to you.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed websites and services run by others, including funding partners and the provider of our request form. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for what they contain or how they operate. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, or that any request will result in an offer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Funding MX and its owners, officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site, the Services or any funding partner. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid us for them. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Funding MX and its owners, officers, employees and affiliates against claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms or your violation of anyone else’s rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us a reasonable chance to resolve it informally. Any claim that cannot be resolved that way must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have to contact a government regulator.
Changes and suspension
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will give a more prominent notice. Using the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may also suspend or end access to the Site or the Services at any time, including if we believe you have broken these Terms. This version took effect on October 1, 2026.
General terms
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Funding MX about the Services. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent, and we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization. We may give you notices by email, through the Site or by phone using the details you provide.
